Quick short facts:

 

  • Tom Freund's album "Two Moons" features guests like long-time friend Ben Harper, Californian Surf-Beau Brett Dennen and Canadian rock star Serena Ryder. Well acclaimed musicians helped Tom on the album among them  Michael Jerome (drummer of Better Than Ezra), Chris Joyner (keyboarder with Jason Mraz, Sheryl Crow and Amos Lee) and David Immergluck (ex-guitar player with Counting Crows and John Hiatt). It is the first time Tom produced one of his albums all alone.
  • Tom Freund's 2012 studio album "The Edge Of Venice" was produced by John Alagia, producer of John Mayer's fantastic debut album "Room For Squares", but also known for his production works with Dave Matthews Band, Jason Mraz, David Gray etc.
  • Tom Freund calls these fine artists as big influence in the jazz world: Charlie Mingus, Miles Davis and Duke Ellington among many others.
